Download and Prepare Your Embroidery Files
Your order contains digital machine embroidery files. No clothing or physical item is shipped.
Download after payment
Once payment is confirmed, look for the “Download now” button on the order confirmation and order status pages. An email containing your download link is also sent.
Keep your order link and the email so you can find your files again. These links are personal: do not publish or share them.
If you cannot find the email, check your spam folder. If the download does not appear or the link does not work, contact us with the order reference and the design concerned.
Extract the ZIP
Download and extract the archive before selecting a file for your machine. Read LIRE-MOI.txt and CONTENU.json for the list of included sizes and files.
Identify the size or part of the design, check its dimensions and choose a format supported by your machine or software. Some formats contain several files: check their details on the product page.
A file will not open?
First check the formats your software supports. Machine embroidery files may not open in a photo application. Note the file format, machine model, software and error message so you can explain the problem.
